jetlag - n. dozing off in the kitchen @ 4PM, felt like a 5 star hotel (housekeeping section); awake @ 4AM despite efforts to stay asleep.

now video-conferencing with my 7 yr old son, hans, 14-hr difference. i like skype.

plan for tomorrow: run at 6 am, assessment day 2 starts at 9 till 10 or 11 pm. grace! grace! :)

Just got back from the salu-salo with our Pinoy friends in Tennessee. Sinigang, adobo, palitaw, atbp. Parang Pinas pa rin. Ang saya-saya!

Will attend Bethel at Brentwood tomorrow morning; salu-salo (fellowship) with our fellow Pinoys in the afternoon. Excited!

Lunch at Wendy's. Dinner at MacDonald's. Must detox tomorrow. :)
